Why would you need two boxes to turn the rev limit off?

You can use a 2 step module and put a toggle switch for Rev limit, No Rev
Limit.

They probably carry two for redundancy, and that less then 1K per box, thats
a pretty cheap backup system.

It's only the last lap that counts, the rest is for customer appeal.
Last MSD box I saw had the rev limit in it (granted was awhile ago)
