Wide band 02 quetions

I am new to the list and had some questions about the wide band 02.  I got 
all the parts for it and there are some discrepancies between the digikey 
list and the actual plans.  Should i trust the list, or the plans to get the 
part numbers.
    I heard that you can buy the PCB for the wide band.  Where do i get it or 
who do i get it from?
