My car gets 16 MPG on a good day.  I thought it fuel economy would go 
up after the Haltech, but the problem is it makes boost all the time. 
Even at 10% throttle it will make 5 psi.  Even with closed loop 
operation Highway mileage is around 18 and City is around 14.  Pretty 
lame for a 2.1L.
