One can measure the fuel injected by the amount left in the fuel
tank. The fuel either goes via the injectors or back to the tank in
a recirculating system. Make sure that the system is fully primed
and pressurised before starting your measurements.

The fuel tank can be a graduated flask and/or use an accurate set of
scales (better) to measure the mass change. Keep an eye on fuel
temperature and correct density.

Usual precautions about dealing with explosives apply!
