NGK/NTK wide band sensor connectors

Does anyone know where to get the connectors that NGK/NTK uses on the wide
band "blue boxes" that they sell and that Felpro and several other companies
use on the NGK sensors they use? It is a black connector that is more square
than the Honda connector. The calibration resistor is exposed in this
connector.

Also, I am sure this has been discussed before, but does anyone know the
part number for the Honda connector that connects to the Honda wide band
sensor?
