Steve,
I'll do my best to provide answers:
1. VCC all go to the +5V power supply (1st LM7805 5V regulator)
2. 5VAUX go to the 5VAUX power supply (2nd 5V regulator)
3. These are to be placed throughout the board, one near each chip for the
.1 caps
4. I will soon be posting ECU8 diagrams and PCB layouts
5. We are working on production, and hope to have one out within 6 to 10
months. No price info yet. (see www.injectionlogic.com)

Note that many of the questions refer to standard digital electronic
conventions. It might be helpful for you to check out an intro to digital
electronics book, or talk to an electronics teacher at a nearby school or
university for more information. Good luck!

    Al Lipper

  Gidday.

Sorry to bother you again, But...

Looking through your wiring diragrams for ECU 7, I've come across a few
queries.
  1. What is the VCC terminals everywhere? do they link together and then
where too?
  2. What are the terminals 5VAUX? and what relavance to the system or other
terminals?
  3. There are a few drawings by themselves of a group of capacitors in
parrallel and no referance to the connection points.
  4. Do you have a printed circuit board diragram(s) made, which have been
tested and finished for public interests?
  5. Are you/your company prepared to build a system complete? and at what
cost in US currency. I live in New Zealand so Exchange Rate is high
importance.

Sorry to ask so many questions but OEM systems over here don't meet my
requirements, But your system has potential to be what I'm looking for.

  Cheers Steve Blakely
