6D ECU file or BIN description.

Anyone know where to get a 6D ".ECU" file (Winbin editor) or description for 
EPROM image (the .bin file) with start adresses for flags, constants and 
tables?
The computer is a GM 1227730.
The car application is a 1988 Chevrolet Celebrity Wagon 2.8L V6 Code W 
engine (automatic trans.).
