This is what I meant....

D01F KBARSPD FCB 0  'RPM' ENGINE SPEED LIMIT FOR PSEUDO BARO READ IN WOT

I took that to mean a baro check at wot since the intake/map is at
atmospheric pressure anyway assuming the intake passage is not restricting
the air flow and building a vacuum between the map and TB.

Of course, this also explains why I have little to offer here too.
