Bosch D-Jet used a MAP sensor. (Most) later Bosch systems used some
sort of airflow sensor, either volume of mass. The exception is
Mono-Jet/Motronic which is a throttle-body injection system relying
on n-alpha until the (optional) lambda control kicks in.

TPS isn't really for anybody. :-)

n-alpha requires a great deal of knowledge about the engine; and any
changes to the engine (even wear and contamination) require re-mapping.
