ECU for 14k rpm V8

Guess you haven't worked with many farmers, and tractors <g>.
There is a Garret on it, and lots of guys use Holesets (?).
It's more of a tuning act, then designing act to get a puller running right.
Fuel timing, water injection.   We running 18:1 instead of the normal 16.5:1
CR cause they had a set of N/A pistons, looking for a home.
Takes almost a full can of starting fluid to get enough heat in the chambers
for it to even start to idle.
If you could find the model used on a 436 IH tractor motor you'd be off to a
start.  We also, wind the motor to 4+x the stock red line
