WB O2 Heater

As Bruce Rowe suggested, I decreased the heater limiter resistor, slightly.
His calc showed needing (2) 15 ohm resistors. All I could find were (3) 20
ohmers. So added one by one to see how things behaved. Wound up with all
three, actual measured resistance of 9 ohms. Warms up in just 15-20 seconds
now.

In the on going tuning saga using it.
Made a few runs, and again added fuel (started from 0 correction again).
Boost dropped from 20 PSI to 15 now (slightly cooler ambient temp). But,
again the HP was there, just making more HP now, at less boost. I can't
wait to turn the boost up now <g>..

I've tried the probe idea, the pre turbo idea, and mid exhaust placements
now. The pre turbo location definetly *seems* to read a little lean.
Within reason, just a little low like .3 AFR. Again, you tune for
performance, not souly by indicated AFR.

Depending on local parts availibity, I just might piece another one together
and compare the AFRs at the same time, in different locations.
