TPS based boost control?

The 7749 turbo code code take TPS into account for
its WG-duty-cylce calc.  It has a wastegate <initial> value that
is plotetd in a table vs. TPS value.  The value is used in PW calcs.
along with  MAP vs. RPM table values.
