[Diy_efi] 1984 Corvette ECM

Quite a few folks go with the common 1227747 ECM. Found in
many TBI trucks. Can also go with the 1228746 ECM. Found in 
some TBI cars. Both drive two P&H TBI injectors. Both have
commented disassemblies available.

Either is a good step up from the '82-'84 ECM.
