[Diy_efi] EEC-V advice

I believe it has. Certainly mine has the connector.

European OBD is somewhat behind US - for example we don't have to use it =
on city buses 'til 2006,  so I'm not sure what I can do with OBD - does =
it only give emission related info, or can it do all the things you'd =
find on an "old fashioned" diagnostic? =20

Our tools aftermarket has just about caught up with EEC IV, but there's =
not a thing for EEC-V. =20
