Back in early Nov. '01 there were a couple of messages that
should get you started, look in the archives for:
"Assembling the WB"

Use care w/ the 2 poly caps (C7 & C10) so they can't touch
the traces underneath, check the schematic for notes about
D6 & D7 mounting, U1 & R4 are mounted off the board due to
heat dissipation, and there's been some confusion over the
polarity of the LED (D2) and orientation of ISO1.

Once you're ready to test it out, search thru the archives
for tips, especially from Bruce Roe.
