Searching for IGBT: STGB10NB37LZ

Hello,

I want to buy an IGBT from STM, the STGB10NB37LZ. It's not as simple as
it sounds: all the distributors I know can't help me. They don't sell
that type, or if so, they want to sell tapes with 1000 transistors.

Does anybody know a distributor where I can get 2 Transistor of this
kind.
