Tach conversion

check if you got a switch on the board of the tach
circuit (ford) GM sometimes uses a pin wich when was
removed or changed of place would convert a tach to
v-8, v-6 or 4 cyl...

if you have none of them you'll have to change the
resistor in the tach circuit,and on some occasion the
capacitors too
