hot wire to MAP

Hi,

Wondered if anyone had experience of fitting a MAP sensor to an ECU
designed  for a hot-wire system and whether this was successful? I have
a friend who is using a bosch motronic for ignition duties and fancies
goin fuel, but will have IR Throttle bodies so can't fit a hot wire.
