Free air gives a reading of about 4.06v

Besides removing and checking the resistors with a ohm meter. what component
checks can I do?

The reason I feel that the readings are suspect is that on the Horriba AF
meter used when I had the car dyno'd a couple weeks back measured around 15:1
AF at idle. There have been no changes to the combo since that time.

Is there a practical limit to the length of the leads from the WB to the
sensor? I have leads that are about 16 ft long to support the temporary
install I have right now.
