WB02 sensor mounting question

Hi all,

Ok, this has come up before, but I never came away with clear understanding 
of the given answers.

I want to mount the O2 sensor as a probe.  Can some kind soul explain how 
this should be done?  I am unclear on how big the probe pipe should be 
compared to exhaust tip, and if there are other things to consider to 
preserve accuracy.
