Throttle body adapter

I was flipping through one of the American performance magazines a few
weeks back and saw a blurb about a 90 degree elbow/adapter to mount a Ford
single-hole throttle body on a std. square 4bbl intake bolt pattern. The
problem is I didn't buy the magazine and now have no idea who made it. Has
anyone seen this?
