Throttle-by-Wire

Shucks, and there was me planning to do a 6-port actuator and secondary throttle control for a 13B based on steppers. I hadn't done an FMEA on the system to work out what could (would go wrong).

Mind you I could engage military mentality, where they talk about survivability rather than reliability!
