reprogram OBD 2 computer

,Eric, my car are a 1999 hyundai wich will be
converted to a complete 2.0 liter drtivetrain (and a
turbo) and the other car is a old chevy monza  with a
4.3 vortec engine (wich will be turbo'ed too)
 the camaro is one of my friend car it a 1996 with the
5.7 6 speed combo
