[Diy_efi] MegaWideband digital WBO2

Hello,

All the discussion on UEGOs lead me to do some research into the sensor
and what the DIY-WB does.  This has become the MegaWideband.

The MWBO2 is a digitally controlled WBo2 interface.  The schematic is
rather rough, but the design theory is explained along with it.  You
can check it out at http://www.dainst.com/info/circuits/megawideband/

It's v0.01, so don't expect a working circuit.

Please feel free to contribute to the project, I'm sure there are several
people with an excellent understanding of the subject and could assist the
project.
