[Diy_efi] DIY_WB and stand alone ems

No i cant dig into it, I dont have access anymore. It was a project at work. 
I have not worked there since november last year, and we abandoned the 
Trailblazer project and gave it back to GM anyhow. The REAL focus was on the 
LS-1/LS-6 stuff.
