[Diy_efi] Spark Plug readings

What can you guys tell me about these spark plugs:

These came out of a freshly re-built motor.  200 miles on it so far.  It 
had been pulling real strong.  But the last time I did a WOT blast it was 
cutting out REAL bad, and was also popping in the exhaust.  I won't say 
anything about the tune or my opinion of the plugs, to get your unbiased 
opinion.  :-)
