[Diy_efi] sequential injection timing

GM CCC carbs had a mixture-control solenoid and a throttle position sensor.  
TPS, does what it sounds, and mixture-control solenoid pulsed the primary 
mixture needles in and out of their jets.  The M/C solenoid took the place of 
the power valve.  Other than those two items, the CCC carbs were very similar 
to non-feedback versions.
