Parts for DIY-WB LED display

I've sent out a parts list with actual supplier part #s to 
those recieving the WB LED bar graph PC bare board.
Clearly if people get together and order parts for 5 or 
more boards, the quantity breaks/minimum order 
factors will go better.  I don't have time to do that myself.

If all these are sold, I can order more bare boards.  The
next should have silk screen, don't know if the price can
go down yet.
