In the real world I have had to heat the inlet manifold with
80 degree C air to stop the ice formation in the runner
choking the engine. This was with 10 psi of boost and
an air to air charge cooler with an outlet temp of 55 Deg C

That would represent a minimum temperature drop of approx.
50 degrees C or 106 Degrees F.

This problem is absent with port injection but I was limited
in space to accommodate the fuel rail and thus used "runner"
injection on this engine.
