[Diy_efi] injector drivers

Hi all.  I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get my hands on some 
of the ON Semiconductor CS453 Peak and Hold drivers?  Do they still make 
these chips?

Also could anyone out there suggest a good IGBT to drive coils, and where I 
might be able to purchase them?
