[Diy_efi] 4 cylinder GM TBI ecu file

I think GM made a '7730 run a 4cyl tbi 1 year, '87? If so, winbin should 
work ..

However if you make one for the '165 id like a copy just for the hec of it, 
although Im using a '7747 to run it now and probably wont go back...
