[Diy_efi] Spark knock detection

Yes, we are using this exact setup on our race car. It works great, saved us
one engine for sure this season. We used the ESC module and sensor for a 350
Chev truck, it was the closest match to our application. We used a power
transistor to drive a big red warning light on the dash where the driver
will see it. When detonation occurs the light starts to flash. We would
never race without it now. Once this season we sucked a bunch of oil dry up
into the radiator, the car ran hot (220 degrees), about half way through a
heat race the light started to flash about 1/2 way down the straight. The
driver backed off the throttle a little and finished the race with no
damage.
