[Diy_efi] pulling '98 motor

I'm going to yank the motor out of my '98 c1500 (350) this weekend.  I
either need to look harder, or this engine doesn't have lifting rings
attached anywhere.  Can it be lifted by the exhaust manifold?  With the
trans attached?
