[Diy_efi] pulling '98 motor

When I did my motor swap I picked up a chain that had stamped pieces at
each end.

Basically it has brackets that bolt to the front of one head and back of
the other, in the accessory bracket holes.  The brackets prevent the chain
from directly touching the heads or valve covers.

It was $20 IIRC.  It also had a lifting bracket that you clip to the hoist.

Very good indeed.
