[Diy_efi] GM TPI fuel lines/rails and Saginaw fittings

Order them from Summit for $6 each. Earl's part #s are 991955  for the 16MM 
part and 991954 is the 14MM part. ANPlumbing.com also has them or says they 
do for $7 each.
