Subject: [Diy_efi] GM tach RC filter

Hi all,

I was looking through the schematic of my Corvette wiring harness and =
noticed
that GM uses a 2 section RC filter on the tach input.

I imagine there is a good reason they did this, and I wanted to =
experiment
with it for my own pursposes.

Does anyone know the values of the components in the filter?

I've seen an RCR tach filter schematic for the filter used on Fieros, =
but a
search didn't turn up the 2 section RC filter that is used in the Vette.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
