[Diy_efi] What Injector Is This?

I talked to a Ford mechanic buddy and he says he's never cleaned one before.
I don't think that it is a normal service item.

OK, I'll bear in mind if I come across a Ford MAF that it needs
to be cleaned manually, what period do they suggest between
cleans and is there a recommended solvent ?
