[Diy_efi] Need Help With Holley Pro-Jection

Hello,

I have purchased Holley Pro-Jection 502-20S for my 1978 Jeep CJ5, 304 V8.  
It's all hooked up but won't turn over.  The fuel pump can be heard priming, 
but never seems to fully prime since no gas is getting to the front and 
spraying from the injectors.  Can you think of a reason it won't prime the 
pump?  Thanks.
