[Diy_efi] crankcase vacuum control

Thanks to everyone that replied, it's certainly given me a few things to
consider.

Inches in mercury, is not a unit I'm used to, I note some have commented
10-15" of vacuum but where is that in relation to? 

I have found some comments, commenting on some measurable performance
enhancements on a pair of modified Hiybussa bike engines using a
crankcase vacuum but I can't find the original information or details.
