[Diy_efi] NEED HELP FOM SCRATCH

Since you want to do it from scratch that means it's either not fuel
injected now, or you want to scrap it's EFI?  A good option for you may
be the megasquirt board.  Search google for megasquirt.  It's cheap, and
there's a good community of support available.
