[Diy_efi] DIY_EFI: WI in exhaust manifold pre-turbo

Ohio,

Not sure about others, but my interest lies in spooling up a turbo.

A datalog of the boost pressure with the water / methanol on and off will
give me most of what I need.

I also have EGT sensing which I can pass details on.
