[Diy_efi] PC-laptop based efi

My cnc runs under nt 4.0 sp 6 with a real time add on I will have to see what it
is but I do believe it to be QNX. The pc updates the motor controllers in the
millisecond range as the largest move it will make without an up date is around
3 msec..
