[Diy_efi] PC-laptop based efi rx7

I sure as hell wouldn't want to use one on my FD.
Why bother when something that bolts in, is 100% reliable, tunable etc is
under $1k.
FD motors are the most robust a rebuild as you well know isn't cheap either!
