well good news is that there is a drac comming out of the TCU on the diesel 
trucks 90-94 to drive the elctric speedo. from my memory i would imagine that 
andy 90 or up electrical dash should work fine. using the supplied Drac from 
the TCU to the dash. then you could just change the Vss divisor in the TCU and 
correct the speedo.
