[Diy_efi] Coils from Toyota/Lexus 1MZ-FE engine...

Surely if its a 4pin and a V6 (3 coils) it will be a pin per
coil + ground.
That is if it doesnt have any internal TAI.

Try finding if one of the 4 pins is commom to the other 3.
If there is one, itll be your ground... after that the others
are easy to work out.
