[Diy_efi] Fuel rail fabrication

Get the Seville intake manifold and use it for a model; Olds 
big and small block heads have the same spacing.  However, 
other injectors may not interchange.   

These injectors were set at a couple different angles; none 
of this lining up like soldiers.  Maybe Olds knew something.
