[Diy_efi] Biased Narrowband Sensor

The car version of the 747 has a lean burn mode, and I think Bob =
Rauscher made a patch for the 747 also.  I thought there was a paper =
about this on the gmecm page but I can't find it now.  Maybe it was a =
victim of the server crash.
