[Diy_efi] list and WWW outage

Yea, it has a way of making us more appreciative, and
also makes us aware, that the guy that plays a MAJOR 
role in the existance of the Diy_efi list, also has a 
personal life outside of this list, that needs attention 
as well.  Thanks for your effort, Steve.
