[Diy_efi] Files for Ford Focus PCM's

Hello everyone,
     I'm hoping that someone here can steer me in the right direction.  I'm trying to find file and/or program information for Zetec motor PCM's.  I work with a guy who could do somewhat of a custom program on my PCM if he had the files for the changes that I wanted to make, (things like disabling the EGR, and changing ignition timing).  I have no clue where to get what I need, and I've been searching the net for weeks to no avail.  Any input would be appreciated.
