is your 94 tbi a 4.3 v6 or a 5.7 v8 and if it is a v6 from a 94 s-10 that has 
the VCM mounted under the hood on the collant tank them i have a factory 
service manual that shows pinouts for the VCM. but if its a v8 from afullsize i 
think they still used the in cab mounted ecm's with are not hard to wire into 
other vehicles using the factory harness
